Bismarck
Maple View of Bismarck was established in 2006 with the purchase of an existing memory care facility. One year later, the current facility was opened, and in 2015 a remodel/addition combined the two facilities into one larger facility. Maple View Memory Care is a member of Pride of Dakota.

“I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing we are providing a necessary service to individuals suffering from memory loss and to those who love them.”
When not at work, Lana likes spending time with family and friends, camping, social gatherings, riding motorcycles and relaxing. She and her husband Joe have 2 kids (Darian and Devon), 2 dogs (Bell and Daisy) and 2 cats (Buster and Ghost).
Lana has a BA in Business Management and a BS in Nursing.
Tina
resident services manager
Tina worked as a diet tech for 20+ years, but after looking for a career change, she was introduced to Maple View through a friend. She joined our team as the Activity Coordinator and then became the Resident Service Manager.
“I enjoy working with families and putting them at ease when making the difficult decision of placing their loved ones in memory care.”
When not at work, Tina likes to do creative things like acrylic painting on canvas, making jewelry and beading. She is also an avid bird watcher and likes taking pictures of all the wildlife in her yard. She and her husband (Eric) enjoy living in the country north of Bismarck, and love visiting Fargo to see their son (Zach). Tina and Eric also have 2 cats, who they love to spoil!
Robyn
activity coordinator
In high school and her early 20s, Robyn worked as a CNA and activity aide. She then worked in the hospital insurance industry for 10+ years, until getting back into patient care with activities.
“I have always enjoyed working with the elderly. I like that each day is different and brings new challenges.”
When not at work, Robyn loves to volunteer at a local pet rescue, read and spend time with her family. She and her husband Randy have one daughter, Sierra, who is attending NDSU. They also have three cats who are spoiled!
Michelle
LPN Nurse Manager
Michelle has been an LPN for 16 years and prior to that was a CNA. After working in women’s health for 8 years, she made the move to geriatrics, working in both skilled nursing facilities and assisted living, finding her love for memory care.
“I enjoy learning about the residents and their prior life experiences. Each one has a unique history that is so much different than today’s experiences. No matter where they are in their lives, they are still able to teach us valuable lessons and make a difference.”
When not at work, Michelle spends most of her time watching her daughter’s sporting events, traveling, reading, serving on the hockey boaster board, spending time with family and friends and cheering on the UND hockey team!
She and her husband Peyton live in Mandan and have three daughters (Ana, Ava and Abby) and two dogs (Kenai and Winston).
Michelle obtained her LPN form Northland Community and Technical College.
Darian

Darian has worked at Maple View since 2016. She started working in the dietary department, assisted with activities, and then moved to the nursing department as a CNA, earned her CMA certification and then after completing her education, transitioned into her position as a nurse and manager.
“Over the past 8 years, I have had the pleasure of caring for and serving many residents at Maple View. This valuable time helped shape me into the person I am today.”
Darian completed her RN BSN degree at NDSU while working as a caregiver the whole time. She says she is grateful for the experience and opportunity Maple View has provided her.
When Darian is not at work she enjoys spending time with her two cats, her boyfriend Matthew, and family and friends. Together they enjoy traveling, going to live music events and concerts, and trying new restaurants.
