Bismarck

Maple View of Bismarck was established in 2006 with the purchase of an existing memory care facility. One year later, the current facility was opened, and in 2015 a remodel/addition combined the two facilities into one larger facility. Maple View Memory Care is a member of Pride of Dakota.

Meet The Staff

Lana

facility  director

In her high school and early college years, Lana worked in the dietary department at a nursing home. From there, she worked in skilled nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living and ultimately memory care.

“I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing we are providing a necessary service to individuals suffering from memory loss and to those who love them.”

When not at work, Lana likes spending time with family and friends, camping, social gatherings, riding motorcycles and relaxing. She and her husband Joe have 2 kids (Darian and Devon), 2 dogs (Bell and Daisy) and 2 cats (Buster and Ghost).

Lana has a BA in Business Management and a BS in Nursing.

Rhea

nurse  manager

Rhea’s culture taught her to honor, help and serve elders. When she heard about CNA classes, it didn’t take her long to become a CNA and take the opportunity to serve elders daily. She also decided to go back to school for Nursing and graduated as a LPN.

“I love this field because it is a job that definitely gives back. I enjoy caring for others and trying my best to figure out the best way to give them the quality and care they need and deserve, with a smile. I enjoy working with Alzheimer’s elders because I do well with figuring out what works and what doesn’t. Also being able to help make them feel listened to and cared for. God gives everyone gifts and mine is working with Alzheimer’s elders.”

When not at work, Rhea “enjoys life.” Her hobbies include art of various kinds and spending time with family. She loves to be outside in the spring/summer, gardening and watching her kids and dogs play. She also likes going on walks, reading, learning, and watching movies. Her Faith is important to her and helps her continue to learn, grow and help others.

Rhea has three children (Teron, Annalise and Avery). She and her fiance (Cody) are set to be married in summer of 2023. They also share 3 dogs, 1 cat, and some fake jellyfish too!

Rhea graduated from UTTC in 2014 with her Associates of Applied Science degree.

Tina

resident  services  manager

Tina worked as a diet tech for 20+ years, but after looking for a career change, she was introduced to Maple View through a friend. She joined our team as the Activity Coordinator and then became the Resident Service Manager.

“I enjoy working with families and putting them at ease when making the difficult decision of placing their loved ones in memory care.”

When not at work, Tina likes to do creative things like acrylic painting on canvas, making jewelry and beading. She is also an avid bird watcher and likes taking pictures of all the wildlife in her yard. She and her husband (Eric) enjoy living in the country north of Bismarck, and love visiting Fargo to see their son (Zach). Tina and Eric also have 2 cats, who they love to spoil!

Robyn

activity  coordinator

In high school and her early 20s, Robyn worked as a CNA and activity aide. She then worked in the hospital insurance industry for 10+ years, until getting back into patient care with activities.

“I have always enjoyed working with the elderly. I like that each day is different and brings new challenges.”

When not at work, Robyn loves to volunteer at local pet rescues, go shopping and spend time with family. She and her husband Randy have a daughter (Sierra) who is currently attending NDSU. She also has three cats, Angel, Trigger and Fern.
