Fargo
Maple View Fargo was established in 2014. Fargo joined the three sister Maple View Memory Care Communities and is also a part of the independently owned and operated organization in ND. Maple View Fargo works independently with healthcare providers, therapies and other in-house services to provide quality care with structure, reassurance, socializing and movement activities.
We are known for our applaudable community layout, with site lines that allow one to view the North hall and South halls, all while being in the spacious great room where most of our activities and dining take place. We offer natural sunlight in all of our private residential settings and two gorgeous sunrooms.
Meet The Staff

Pattie
Facility director
Pattie has a well-rounded professional career, with experience in human resources, sales and marketing, business management, and training/development. Healthcare has also been part of her life for several years.
“What do I enjoy most about this field? The residents, the families and the team. Understanding the residents and what makes them smile or makes their day–they definitely make mine! Families that understand and appreciate what we do; the relationships we’ve built and hugs and tears we’ve shared. And of course, the team, and recognizing their lives outside of work and what brings them joy. Knowledge of all three combined creates an enhanced awareness of how we work collectively for an optimum outcome which can only improve upon the quality of each of our resident’s lives.”
Outside of work, Pattie likes spending time with family and friends at the lake or in nature, where she can practice peace and serenity for work/life balance. Pattie’s pride and joy are her 5 children and 12 grandchildren, “Grandbabies, love them grandbabies, all 12 of them! What joy they bring to our lives! Five children, we are very proud of the lives they have made for themselves and our grandbabies.”
Pattie’s educational background includes business management and human resources.

Mandy
Nurse Manager
In high school, Mandy realized she was passionate about helping people and making their lives better after she became a CNA at a memory care unit. She continued working as a CNA throughout high school and started nursing school after graduating. Her first job as a nurse was in orthopedic pediatrics as a LPN. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she worked in the cardiac unit.
“I’m passionate about this field because I love feeling like my residents are family. We spend so much time with them, I miss them when I am not here.”
Outside of work, Mandy loves being around people, being active and spending time outside. She likes reading, going to movies and binge-watching her favorite TV shows. Mandy grew up in a large family–her mom has 14 siblings and her dad has 5–so family is a big part of her life. She has one sister and two brothers, and she feels blessed to have such a large family to make memories with.
Mandy obtained her LPN from Mstate and her RN from Rasmussen University.

Ashley
Admin assistant
Ashley took all the health science and CNA classes at her high school, which sparked her interest for working in long term care. In college, she worked as a CNA in memory care for 2 years as well as a dietary aide in a skilled nursing facility (2 years).
“What I enjoy most about this field is getting to know the residents and their stories and being able to talk with them every day.”
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking pictures or building lego sets! She comes from a small family and is an only child/grandchild. She lives with her husband, their 2 cats (Bella and Goldfish) and Corgi (Baylee).
Ashley received her BS degree in Health Services Administration from MSUM, and her AAS degree in Medical Administrative Assistance from MSTATE.

Brook
Housekeeping/laundry
Brook spent 4+ years working with troubled youth and supervising a residential team. Her passion for helping others, particularly in a healthcare field, is what led her to Maple View.
“I love this field because I enjoy helping out with the residents. I always wanted to find something in the healthcare field where I was able to help others.”
When not at work, Brook enjoys painting and spending time with family–she has 5 nephews and 6 nieces!

Lucas
Maintenance
Since graduating high school, Lucas has devoted his life to “servicing others before self.” Having gone to college for Criminal Justice, he was ultimately led to this field by his love of making people’s days better by fixing problems they are currently experiencing.
“I enjoy being part of a great team that makes the facility very clean, safe and welcoming.”
Outside of work, Lucas is always spending time with his family; he has been married for 10 years and has two daughters.
