Fargo
Maple View Fargo was established in 2014. Fargo joined the three sister Maple View Memory Care Communities and is also a part of the independently owned and operated organization in ND. Maple View Fargo works independently with healthcare providers, therapies and other in-house services to provide quality care with structure, reassurance, socializing and movement activities.
We are known for our applaudable community layout, with site lines that allow one to view the North hall and South halls, all while being in the spacious great room where most of our activities and dining take place. We offer natural sunlight in all of our private residential settings and two gorgeous sunrooms.
Meet The Staff
Pattie
Facility director
Pattie has a well-rounded professional career, with experience in human resources, sales and marketing, business management, and training/development. Healthcare has also been part of her life for several years.
“What do I enjoy most about this field? The residents, the families and the team. Understanding the residents and what makes them smile or makes their day–they definitely make mine! Families that understand and appreciate what we do; the relationships we’ve built and hugs and tears we’ve shared. And of course, the team, and recognizing their lives outside of work and what brings them joy. Knowledge of all three combined creates an enhanced awareness of how we work collectively for an optimum outcome which can only improve upon the quality of each of our resident’s lives.”
Outside of work, Pattie likes spending time with family and friends at the lake or in nature, where she can practice peace and serenity for work/life balance. Pattie’s pride and joy are her 5 children and 12 grandchildren, “Grandbabies, love them grandbabies, all 12 of them! What joy they bring to our lives! Five children, we are very proud of the lives they have made for themselves and our grandbabies.”
Pattie’s educational background includes business management and human resources.
