Minot
Maple View Minot was established in July 2012. We are an independently owned and operated organization. Our community features a residential setting that feels like a private home with lots of natural light and a soothing color palette.
Our residents can easily navigate our open floor plan, enjoy the sunroom and spend time in our courtyard. Our compassionate and trained staff are here to help provide the resident with the ability to reach their maximum level of independence.
Meet The Staff
Kelly
Director
Kelly worked in healthcare since she was 16, specifically in physical therapy and DME fields. She was drawn to memory care from her love of the elderly and what we can learn from them.
“What I enjoy most about this field is that each day is new and rewarding with Dementia. They bring us joy every day.”
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys time at the lake with family and friends. She has been married for 31 years and has two children and one granddaughter.
Kelly’s educational background includes CNA.
Penny
Activity coordinator
After working as a hairstylist and in assisted living as a housekeeper, Penny was looking for a change, which ultimately led her to Maple View (although she still is a hairdresser, too!)
“I tell people I get paid to have fun as an activity coordinator and love my residents.”
When not at work, Penny enjoys spending time with family. Family is so important to her as she lost her son David. She loves spending time with her 2 daughters and 8 grandbabies.
Paula
RN NURSE MANAGER
Paula was raised on a Dairy farm and was the youngest of seven children, She attended Minot State College in 1993 with her BSN. Paula is a widow and has 2 daughters with 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. She has worked in a number of areas as a nurse, hospital, public health and home health before joining Maple View. Paula’s hobbys include reading, coffee drinking, and her most favorite is snuggling with her cats Mittens and Honey.
